MPE sells two plots in Machico and Porto Santo business parks
The Regional Government has authorized MPE - Madeira Parques Empresariais, Sociedade Gestora, S.A. to proceed with the sale of two plots of land, under Base XXIV of the Concession approved by Regional Legislative Decree no. 28/2001/M. The measure aims to respond to the needs of the regional business sector, facilitating the acquisition of spaces for company installation.
- Machico Business Park: Sale of Lot 11, located in Sítio do Marco, with an area of 638 m² and a property value of €60,834.43 (Regional Government Council Resolution no. 129/2026).
- Porto Santo Business Park: Sale of Lot no. 1 of Allotment I, located in Sítio das Matas - Tanque, with an area of 401 m² and a property value of €19,036.46 (Regional Government Council Resolution no. 130/2026).
The executive recognizes that these sales are fundamental for attracting investment and creating jobs in the Region.
