Government sells rustic building in Funchal via direct adjustment
The Regional Government authorized the sale, via direct adjustment, of a rustic building located on Travessa de São Filipe ou Americana, in the parish of Santa Maria Maior, municipality of Funchal, in accordance with Resolution no. 184/2026.
The property, with an area of 15 m², was sold to José Manuel de Abreu Macedo for the amount of 1,450.00 €. The decision is based on the need to rationalize the Region's real estate assets, as the property was considered surplus.
